Subject of the visit was the implementation of the strategic project “RISK” MIS ETC Code 166, financed under CBC Programme Romania – Bulgaria 2007 – 2013.
The meeting, held on 13.03.2013 was attended by 15 experts from the joint Bulgarian-Romanian team. The discussion was connected with reporting of common indicators for project implementation, timetable of activities in 2013 and submission of progress reports, upcoming audit for all partners, joint events with direct partner RIEW – Veliko Tarnovo National Environmental Guard of Romania.
Representatives of Lead partner got printed and promotional materials in the last quarter for the project: brochure in English “Common procedure for real-time communication between RIEW – Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria and the National Guard of Romania environmental emergencies caused by accidental pollution with cross-border impact in the Danube River Basin “and pads.
During the discussion, the project manager Ms. Carmen Oglaksi said that she give as a good example the work of staff in partner № 4 RIEW – Veliko Tarnovo.
